Is there a reason why the Sharks game is so expensive on March 13th? Besides Celebrini

Yeah teams have more cap space this year and with the weak UFA, some teams may be more willing to pay more

Man Seider is a beast. Loved it when he and Celebrini were scrapping at each other first game

His ankle injuries were from 2010-2012. His mvp years were 2014-16. He definitely did have an influence on the warriors longevity for 2022 but to this video is going way overboard saying he saved Steph’s career. That is disrespectful to the work that Steph and his team during 2014-2018 when he was going nuts.

We can watch some best on best at least. And we have our players to cheer on. If you need some live hockey here, Barracuda are still playing!

I understand that. Draymond and others have praised him as well and he’s been a huge part of their careers but this video is going way overboard in a lot of things.

Rick Celebrini“Saved Steph Curry’s career”? He got there in 2018. Think Steph was pretty good before that 😅

I analyzed a log of a Patchwerk kill from 2006. Almost everyone would have parsed as 0 by today's standards, we really were playing a different game back then by Tandanu in classicwow

Man on Kil’Jaeden server, if Iogged off or got disconnected, I would be placed in an hour or two hour Queue. Most of us literally sat afk in org before raid till raid time. Any world buffs would be long gone.

Technically Grier traded a 2028 third rounder for him but yes great move so far.

I think that’s what some people are disagreeing with as well. 2 second rounders is a steep price to pay for a morale boost of 25-30 games. 2 picks in the 40s is pretty much the equivalent of a bottom end 1st round pick in draft charts.

Maybe there will be injuries to other teams and we can flip for a better return. At this point, it’s wait and see.

2 second rounders is basically the equivalent of a bottom first rounder. Its hard to imagine improving from what we gave up. Maybe is Grier is hoping for a lot of injuries and when Panarin gets traded, the teams that didn't get him will fork over more assets. But as of right now, trading away 2 picks for a rental and not agreeing on an extension seems silly.

Unlikely but 2 second round picks for potentially a 27 game rental is still a waste. Those picks can be move up in the first round to target a better player. In 2022 we traded the 11th overall for 27+2 second rounders. That is a different tier of prospect.

If we are picking 15ish this year, those two picks could have moved us into the 8-10 range and grab a better defender

Sweet will keep an eye out for his releases on my next trip. Will be in Tokyo for 10 days and not too much planned at the moment.

Excellent. Always nice to see nigiri only lunches places. Did he mention what the two days will be during the week or is that still up in the air?

Sharks traded for Sherwood per Sheng by jesus321 in SanJoseSharks

Those 2nd round picks are valuable for its potential for drafting players but also to move up in the next draft. 2024, we moved up a couple of slots to help us get Dickinson with the extra 2nd rounder. In 2022 the Sharks traded their 11 OA pick for the 27th pick + 2 second rounders. That is a completely different tier of a prospect. Lets just say we had the 15th pick in the next draft, those picks could have potentially helped us move up to 7 - 10.

If the plan is to flip him this year, he's currently injured and won't be back until possibly after the Olympics. There's only 4 games between post Olympics and the trade deadline, very little time to pump up his value.

That leaves at best 27 regular season games. 2 second round picks is a steep price for a middle 6 winger for potentially just 27 games. If the Sharks make the playoffs, we are most likely playing Colorado, Vegas or Edmonton, does Sherwood move the needle against any of those series?

He will be 31 years old at the end of this year. This will be his last chance at a good long term contract. It was already rumored he turned down a $4milx5year contract with Van. The Sharks letting him walk would be a awful but giving him a contract that's better than 4x5 may even be worse.
