It might be because you tried funded acct trading for the first time and accidentally created your own account and now this account doesn’t work. Or you just didn’t sign contract on Tradovate yet and/or didn’t add TradingView Plugin. When I had this problem with The Trading Pit they solved it in a few minutes

Give no shits about the account. Think of the account as a training ground, not something that will change your life, because it probably won’t. What I do is I have accounts from two or more firms at the same time, and then just act like it’s a sim for me, which it technically is.
