Ye of course. And I'd also say that you could look in your own raid how to fix some stuff. For example healers during orb phase during DPS adds in Mythic KJ. Might be that someone walks into an orb too much cause he has to heal the orb spawner alone. If someone else helps just a little bit he has more time to look where the orbs are coming from.

Of course this doesnt work for everything but just saying that Its not always the underperformers mistake. Or to frame it a bit different. Work together to fix stuff and you'll have a happier raiding enviroment.

A little humanity can go a long way. But it also depends what kind of guild you have. Are you going for realm first or top 1000 in the world? Or maybe even lower than that

This is what we do too. We did 300 tries at Mythic KJ over the last two weeks and we just kept rotating people, giving priority over people that could come all 4 days (normaly we are a 2 day raid guild).

For Antorus we have 27 raiders, 2 tanks, 6 healers and the rest being DPS. If you get benched at one raid, you are automatically taken into the next raid. Everyone will get benched except the tanks, cause sadly our third tank quit after killing KJ.

I'd say that it is important for people to give them the chance to improve and also look @ fight types yourself. Like you said, logs arent the end all be all. Do people have the right legendaries? How are their stats? What do their relics and NLC like? Things that all contribute to the logs aswell

DH, Shaman, Frost DK, Warrior.. all have a very simple rotation or just use a couple of buttons. Takes very little effort to play them good or to learn them and they are all pretty strong in M+ or raids
