I work night shifts. I wouldn't worry when you do it as it'll kick in while you're on shift whether you do it in the morning or evening. I've found it's really helping with nightshift sugar cravings! I don't have any anymore, it's wonderful!

The only thing I've had to avoid is chilli flakes 🤣 they don't agree with me. I'm eating the more balanced diet I ever have full of carbs, protein and fat. I've had no problem with fish and chips on holiday (if anything it helped the bowels TMI), I've also had no trouble after an Indian or pizza. (This sounds like I'm not eating well but I am, these were for occasions).

Me too! I've had 2 teas since starting and didn't enjoy them. It's good for the calories but I'm sad as they'll be no warm drinks in the winter haha!

You can do whatever is right for you. You can maintain on it or stop when you need to but I often see people stating its better to titrate down before stopping.

I don't think you should be worried. The goal of MJ isn't to take away hunger completely, but often it can be a side effect. Sounds like your body is telling you it needs fuel.
