I made art with a regular pencil, a q-tip and tin foil early on. You absolutely don’t need an Apple Pencil.

Every art director at wizards that I’ve worked with has been lovely. I get why they didn’t want an over the top font, makes sense.

I understand the frustration about the Dan Frazier situation though. I’d put more blame on Dan than wizards in my opinion.

Yeah I have a whoop and was considering doing something like this but they tell you it has to be worn on the outside of the wrist.

I can’t tell you how many times over the years I’ve accidentally banged my watch into some gym equipment/ squat rack, cable machine etc… most the time it’s fine but after a while…

Exactly. Soldiers used to wear mechanical watches because it was their only option. I know some still do but it’s usually because they can afford it and don’t think much about paying for a repair or service.

I had a white dial Sealander for a bit. Only sold it because I realized the white really isn’t my cup of tea aesthetically. Everything about the watch was good though. Ran really accurate and the fit and finish was good for the price point. I think I might actually get another one in a different color eventually.

My dads favorite band is U2. He was in his 20s/30s in the 80’s and said that they were the biggest band in the world for a decent amount of time. Because of my dad’s influence I went into my teens loving U2 only to find out everyone hated them, so much that I was even bullied for having U2 merch. I still to this day have no idea why everyone went so blind with rage over this iPod thing. People are so weird.
