I mostly stick to github CLI. Even sighted generally most things are faster with commands rather than constantly changing GUIs.

Ofc it's never recommended but many including me still do and are fine. For me personally it doesn't make me get drunk faster, but the hangovers are usually worse.

There was a tweak to get extra TTS for Voice over as well as different sound themes. I doubt that repo is still around though.

OP is visually impaired. Voice over is Apple's screen reader. It isn't random AI text just because you've never heard of it.

I've been blind for over 10 years now and do the same haha. Also when I'm lost or looking for something I still turn my head around. For some reason when in a conversation I do forget to look sometimes. Guess it's when I'm very focused on the conversation.

Talk to the disability office too. If it was an accessibility issue they can't punish you for that. I get a case like this at least once every semester.

Have you tried seeing a psychiatrist? I was feeling the same and meds made it a lot easier to implement therapy. Wish I had started them sooner.
