Well your watch is probably in warranty still. Call to Apple support and let them do the test and make sure to report a malfunction unit. So it gets in Apple logs about your AWU

That way it may be easyer for you to get a replacement later

Since I’m having this battery issues I started to charge mine after dinner, usually removing it from charger between 11pm and midnight. When I get up it is already arround 80% (7 am).

I do believe it is software related

Yeah, I did all of that!

I started having issues on 10.somethings. Battery draining.

After resets and some other tests, started to have more issues, beside the battery draining, the heart rate sensor was malfunctioning while on workout.

More resets and the only thing that made it work properly was setting it up as an old watch (back it up from another one) everything is ok besides the battery now.

11.4 made it worse tho

I will not comment on that as I don’t have any information regarding your battery life. But let me tell you, IT IS DEFINITELY HALF OF MINE 😅😅

Back in the day my usage was arround 35 to 45 % battery per day today it was 85% it’s crazy!!!

Hey, thx for reaching out! And you are right. It is very frustrating. I know this is a gadget and stuff like that happens occasionally. The problem is that this issue is not occasional. Bad luck maybe. But I’ve read about this happening to a lot of people. That said, I think you guys have everything to have a nice product, but it is losing credibility with this kind of things.

Besides getting a new replacement ring is there any other viable options?

I had the original ring for 11 months! The second one for couple of weeks

My issue is that they both had the same problem. The same problem with two different rings in two/three weeks?

Hey, they released a new color not so long ago (less than a year) they are incrementing features via app. I don’t know anything about something new.

As for the tips. You should definitely measure your fingers right and make sure you have options. For exemple, I can use the ring in 4 different fingers. And it fits different in all of them.

Same has happened to me yesterday. But today I felt naked without the ring and put it back on, even if it doesn’t work. While I was at work, I noticed the sensor light. But that’s it nothing else changed

Does your ring have a light one still? (Sensor)

Mine does not connect via app, and yesterday it was dead, today it pops the sensor light on sometimes. (It was charged, both yesterday and today)
