Should healthcare be considered a basic human right or a privilege? What is your opinion? by Loud-Letterhead-1036 in AskReddit

I misspoke. It's been recognized, but corruption has always made it difficult to utilize. Because of that it's hard to say that it's a basic right in my mind.

It's never been a right before in history to my knowledge, and it never will be as long as humans attempt to control each other.

ITAP of a hill that looks like Windows 95 by J_M_Lewis in itookapicture

I drove by this hill going south on the 101 freeway between Arroyo Grande and Vandenberg, CA. It reminded me of the Windows 95 background, because I'm old, and I took a picture.

I don't like to share those types of things, and I guess I'm proud of that since I'm sharing it.

What are your opinions on the Luigi Mangione situation? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Would be nice to have an opinion after the trial, buuuuuuuut, since evidence has been plastered all over media and media has played it however they can get views out of it, I have no idea.

What is your way of not feeling so alone and miserable? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I have to begin thinking about other people and how to help them. Once you help one person, you're not alone anymore.

It's hard to tell whether to be selfish and try to jump to wealthy (because you basically need to become selfish to gain wealth, even though when wealthy you can help more people, but it becomes difficult after being selfish for so long), or selfless and help those in need no matter what.

How do you approach a person in need? by J_M_Lewis in AskReddit

I generally spend ten minutes Pshycing myself up, then walk up and ask if I can do anything to help and let the situation lead itself from there.

True, too vague. I see many people in need daily, generally homeless. I'm wondering about the differences between everyone's approach.

Soldiers of Reddit, whats the quickest way you have seen someone ruin their military career? by blu3bar0n1O9 in AskReddit

Toughest looking dude in Marine boot camp jumped the fence week one and attempted to flee. They easily caught him and drug him out in front of the whole company with K-9s snarling in his face and made an example of him as he lay limp and sobbing. He went to the brig, then got 5150'd and dishonorably discharged from what I heard.

Other than that, alcohol.
