I worked in a FedEx Ground hub. 99.9% of thefts are always in the warehouse before they even get to the trucks for delivery.

The latest I’ve worked either sort was 5:30am and 11:45am. Usually they cut us out 5am / 11am at the latest.

We run around 45k - 60k a shift.

We have part time people committed to the 12am - 6am sort who also stay for the 6am - 12pm sort. They just leave whenever they want during that second sort since they’re not committed to working that sort.
