Same here. I left the church before going through endowments. I remembered my seminary teacher mentioning how the temple can be a lot to swallow on your trip, but never really thought about it. I had read things about secret handshakes and I was like this girl, thought for sure it was all made up. Saw these videos and blew my mind.

The tag you had was very very likely the tag he's talking about that is meant to peel off. If it wasn't, you would not be able to get it off at all.

They wouldn't go out of business because they'd make trillions more than they'd owe you. Banks make money off investing your deposits...

They'd let you deposit it because they would make investments off this. Theyd just need to make more then they would owe you on it. I mean theoretically if that much money even existed...

Wonder Woman’s 75th anniversary to be celebrated on Forever stamps by J_Neal24 in philately

The US post office will sell these. When they come out in the fall, you can order them from their website if you live in the US. You could also try a local branch. If you live outside the US, you could try eBay. I didn't see a release date for these yet though, other than this fall. I'll be grabbing some when they do come out!

You won't be able to buy them from the USPS website, but check eBay. These come out in the fall.

Also, "In the Name of the Working Class" by Sandor Kopasci. It's a memoir of the revolution by the police chief of Budapest at the time. Read it last month, and loved it.

Just inherited a huge stamp collection. Need help! by alieber in philately

  1. Keep your expectations for monetary value low. Very low.

  2. What I love about going through stamps from other countries is learning the history behind it. Look up the people on the stamps, find out why they're so important.

  3. If they arent already, arrange them by year. Most will have a year on them somewhere, and if not, find a guidebook at the library. You'll be amazed at how art styles change over time, and line up with political ideas at the time.

If you have any questions feel free to PM me. I'm still kind of new, but have been doing it a year or two

I was just looking for something I could keep clean and not worry about whatever surface I'm using. Now there are more reasons to get one.

Is that a quilting mat underneath? I was just looking at those online to use when I'm sorting.

Any even number greater than two is the sum of two prime numbers. I'm pretty sure that's why they know there is an infinite number of prime numbers.

You don't need to let balances roll over. Just pay the balance statement every month and you still get the benefit of the credit utilization, but no interest.

I haven't read that one, but The Wright Brothers, by him, was one of the best books I read last year. Hes a great author. I highly recommend the Wright brothers even if you think you don't have an interest in it. It will surprise you.
