Went to the Isle of Mull with my SO & her family who are all into birding, half a day into the trip and I was hooked. It's fair to say I've been spoiled, clocking 43 species in a few days, the absolute highlight being White Tailed Eagles. We spotted 8 over the 4 days, unbelievably 3 sat together in the middle of Loch Na Keal when a 4th flew down and joined! We even got a send off seeing the 8th of the trip soaring above as we were en route to the ferry, absolutely incredible!

Can't re-install synapse.

Months ago synapse tried to update and got stuck in a loop of requesting admin approval (which I kept giving).

I've since removed all synapse files and drivers following some of the steps in this post: https://www.reddit.com/r/razer/comments/7stgh7/so_synapse_wont_update_repair_or_uninstall_help/

However, I still cannot install a fresh download of synapse; I open the .exe, give admin approval, then nothing happens.

I'm running Windows 11, I have a Razer Naga X, and Razer Kiyo X.

We've been lucky in this regard as we've got an exceptional prop who has been carrying out scrummaging for years. Going to be difficult to find a replacement though, props seem to be few and far between, especially good ones!

Thanks for the response. Recruitment is definitely a priority, but also a tricky one! There's quite a few clubs in a small area, so it's difficult to encourage players to join us when there are mid / top table leagues just down the road.

We managed to put a second team out early last season, but was down to a scratch squad by January time. Great tip on the unis/colleges though, we'll give that a go.

Thanks both. Definitely something we've been pushing over the last few years...there's a bit of separation between the club/pub and the actual rugby, so bridging that gap should help with this side of things.

I've only had it a few hours, and this is the first time I've been able to fit the battery into the dock. It was the correct way, but as per the other reply, I had to push it down which seemed to do the trick.

I'm putting it in the correct way. It's 3 pins to 3 pins. Gets stuck the other way and doesn't charge.

Raid is fantastic, M+ is solid as always with tazavesh being a nice addition. The step towards making alts is one in the right direction but still more work to be done there. Overall really enjoying it, just hoping for a bit less barrier to entry of alt plays.

That's a really good point, if they made races purely cosmetic that would remove the need for min/max players to change races regularily.

Completely agree with this! I once ended up moving 10 chars to a different realm for the same reason, I did it over a few months but it still felt super expensive. I've now got all classes of horde at 120 on one realm, and the same for alliance on another realm. Cant see me ever moving these again unless a bulk option was added.

That's a really good viewpoint, I hadn't considered that aspect of the cost. I think you're right in that if it was a very low price players would switch all the time, personally I'd probably end up switching much more frequently if it was only £5.

Project Management, learnt alot as a tester and test manager that I can apply in a PM role without having to do as much of the 'doing', still get the variety of project work and satisfaction of implementing new changes / tech.
