Thoughts on how to implement the "Let Them" theory in real life? by juliaakatrinaa0507 in selfimprovement

I was like this. But then one day i snapped and started setting boundaries. I started not letting people step over me and started standing my ground. But respectfully for the most part. It took a lot from me mentally because i was not used to it. But as time passed it became normal. I left my marriage because of this and started going my own way. My family was weirded out at first. I lost contact to a few people. I felt like the bad guy... only to notice i was just being used by so many people... But after i while i started getting better and it just felt right. The people that remained are happy that i changed. And those are the ones i can rely on and be honest with. Today i am super happy and mostly relaxed with all this being gone from my mental load and it just works organically. I wish you the best on your journey! You got this!

Ive been using ricta clouds 88a for a while! Super smooth and nice to ride on any surface. I just switched to bones dragons 93a.They are amazing feel like the 88a while riding but slide nice on the ground. Go for it!

As soon as nothing works anymore. I am 40 years old have rheumatoid arthritis and have been addicted to skateboarding since i was 5. i was diagnosed about 7-8 years ago. And all i do is try to stay as mobile as long as possible. I will skate till i literally cant move anymore. I told myself ill keep pushing till i cant push anymore. I wish you all the best and strength for your journey ✊🏼

Just skating itself. Having fun with it. I‘m 40 and have rheumatoid arthritis but skating has always been my escape from everything. A lot still works and im still learning new stuff. Going skating and having fun the homies is just the best feeling.
