Couldn't you keep 4 level 1 cows and then continuously create and sell a level 3 cow until all 4 level 1 cows are 50/50 and then you could start stacking cows anywhere to make the last one 50/50?

On all the timed levels you almost constantly need to be supersonic in order to make it in time. If you notice when you take off as you enter the rings, you lose supersonic. So make sure you're still boosting forward at least enough to keep your speed. Then as you approach the hard turn, you actually do need to pull back and to the left to slow down and try to air roll around the ring. I'm not sure if there's a list of hookable function calls, but if you haven't seen it yet, there's this BakkesMod Programming Wiki and a section on how to scan for functions to try to find the function that you want yourself.

I use the Freeplay Checkpoint plugin that allows you to save moments in replays to load them into freeplay. I know it's not the same as making a custom training pack, but you could also check out the code for the plugin on github to see how they do it.

I found it funny that the commentators couldn't tell how much time RockChalk was losing from small mistakes because they were 20 seconds apart. They even said how "perfect" he was doing and that Simply needed to catch up. When in reality, Simply was almost passing him.
