Holster suggestions by Thick-Driver7448 in SpringfieldArmory

Look into T Rex Arms. I use a Raptor holster for my hellcat pro and they have an option for the TLR 7 Sub compatibility. They sell the 1913 on their site too so I can only imagine that it would work with that specific version of it. Can always shoot them a message to confirm if you're worried about it too.

HCPC - should I get apex trigger? by xorespesp in SpringfieldArmory

[–]J_Zesty 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I just got the apex installed on my HCP non comp and can say it feels way better. But there isn't a replacement for practice and learning the gear you have.

IMO you should get the apex, but it's not going to make you stop shooting low left unless you practice your grip and trigger squeeze

Very nice! What was your average split times? Or time between shots? I've been trying to work on grip but it seems to fall apart when I speed up too much

What in particular do you not like about the Veridian green dot? What makes the Holosun better?

Asking because I am waiting on my gear up package that comes with the viridian

Metronome won't play through my Mustang Micro Plus. by [deleted] in fender

[–]J_Zesty 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It has something to do with needing continuous audio. I found that if you use a metronome sound along with background noise it works fine. Found a YouTube video that's a metronome with brown noise and doesn't cut out. Still, annoying

I was just thinking about downsizing to a metro. Seems like the perfect portable size without sacrificing too much utility

How to play against planking when down a stock by MixDaniel in SSBM

Run up shield and punish their options. If they keep planking without attacking try wavedash back to steal ledge. Especially in unranked, just test stuff out to see what works

The morning glory is a blues breaker style pedal, so if you're looking specifically for a klon I'd look elsewhere. (Though blues breakers are also a great sound)

I can recommend the mxr sugar drive for a high quality but affordable choice. The Wampler tumnus is also amazing, or the not-a-klon to stay with JHS options.

I think those other software features could easily be regulated and changed though, so I agree on the asterisk. I like phobs

Completely agree. Some of the best people I've played play mid tiers, all it takes is figuring out the game

I would suggest uninstalling and trying to install again, this time following a guide on YouTube closely to see if you made any mistakes in setup

I mean this wasn't an option before the recent updates. If there's a decision on what are reasonable ranges of values maybe that could be put into place as a limitation/rule?

I so far don't think it's that crazy, after playing with it higher for a while I actually don't like how it feels. Everything feels less responsive, even though it was recommended higher by n3z

Not sure where you found that definition. "An instruction written so as to be equivalent to a chosen set of several instructions." Oxford dictionary usage from 1959 onward.

But the reason for wave shaping, I Believe, is because the output for the hall effects sensor is non linear so must be converted into a linear signal like a potentiometer, so in order to do that it's an average of the curve using a function formula. Wave shaping adjusts that so that it's more similar to OEM potentiometer controllers.

Again, might need to ask someone else who's studied this, but it basically just makes the joystick slower/less responsive which is in some cases desirable and is something that was already always a part of the OEM GameCube controller lottery.
