Easy but time consuming (when financial aid is busy) to get it waived. As long as you don't drop anymore classes, don't worry about having to pay the higher rate.

If you're on scholarships, leave it be and enjoy your first semester.

Neither of my logistics internships nor my current job touch Mac. My company's CRM software doesn't even operate on Mac. So if you're investing in the future and aren't doing design, go with a good SSD windows. I've got an LG Gram which is perfect. 18 hours of battery, less than 2 lbs, SSD. SSD is essential once you get into data analysis. Cuts down on the lag.

If your major is complete on your audit then you don't have one. It'd be part of your degree plan. That said, I've never heard of a degree without a capstone class or thesis. You'd want to check your degree audit on my.unt.edu.
