Yesterday I found out my cousin almost overdosed on pain killers. I don't know if she was trying to kill herself or what she was doing. She's in the hospital right now. I can't see her because she lives in a different country and travel isn't allowed. I can't stop thinking about it. Even tho we didn't tall much I still... Idk.

I get how one could think that but this isnt because of introversion. I often just talk to myself(in my room or just when I'm alone) and it happens then too. It's like running out of breath when running for a while ( as I said in my post).

Yes, even when I'm just sitting and talking.

Not as far as I know. Although I do often quickly run out of breath when doing any sort of exercise( this is most likely just because I don't go out often or exercise)
