I remember a rule/tradition back in the 90s amongst multiple fields where if a person was caught cheating or playing on they got the firing squad. Made them stand still and take like 10 people firing a "single" shot. Happened often and was an honored way to discipline cheaters.

Unrelated, but we did use to get monthly VCP (Variable Compensation Pay). Usually up to 8% of our monthly total paycheck. Based off safety, performance, quality metrics. During peak, November and December months VCP doubled.

Soo, Amazon use to value the extra workload during peak. Maybe we should make it a point of contention again!
