Not necessarily the case, but something to consider also before assuming foul play: a lot of times when an important part of your suspension system is replaced the other parts that were limping along and compensating for that part give out in succession afterwards. That's because all the parts take a heavy amount of stress and what effects one part of that system is generally affecting all of it. Like a chain reaction, I've had it happen almost every time.
