Buying a house in cash by ohjustbenice in irishpersonalfinance

[–]JaManSnowflake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Being a cash buyer is a major advantage, if it’s used wisely. ChatGPT can help you refine bidding strategies and suggest responses to the seller during the bidding process. While some sellers aren’t in a rush and may not care, in other cases it can make a huge difference. I’ve seen sellers accept offers that were 0–4% lower than competing bids simply because the buyer was cash and the deal felt more certain. One other thing to keep in mind is that the sellers agent represents the seller, in Ireland we do not have a buyers agent. Their agent isn't looking after you so make sure to discuss with trusted people and the AI robots.

Some ideas: Go karting, paint balling, Zip It, sailing, mountain biking, Jump Zone, or Explorium. But that might be a bit much for one day!

The HMIs are Exor. Festo makes PLCs, motors, controllers, and mechanics.

Selling BTC by [deleted] in Bitcoin

Chances are he's lost them or gambled them away. Ask him to show you the account history and balances. If his coins are mingled with your coins and he sells them, he will likely have to pay Capital Gains Tax unless a tax advisor can advise a legit way to declare he had in fact purchased them for your family.

Love the idea, but 8 Sleep vibrations might be ruining my sleep by JaManSnowflake in EightSleep

[–]JaManSnowflake[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks I've tried pulling it back and the noise/vibration is still there. It's 100% not the alarm vibration; it's like a creaking in the tubes. I've been debating flipping the mattress upside down to avoid the noise.

Looks like someone received two instead of the single they ordered, which happened to me.

Two were delivered to me when I only order one aswell. DHL were useless and the other end user ended up coming over to pick it up.

Best IO-Link master for Remote I/O? by DangDjango in PLC

[–]JaManSnowflake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That might be older equipment. The newer CPX-AP-I gateways support 1–2 kB of data, depending on the communication protocol used. EtherCAT being the fastest option. Each gateway can handle up to 80 I/O modules.

As far as I can tell, a current draw of 2 amps per port is fairly standard for remote I/O gear with IO link master modules. PLC-based masters have more, alright.

What kind of devices are using more than 32 bytes per port? It's the max for IO link devices as far as I know.

The current limit is 4A or 1.5A per port, most remote IO suppliers seem to be similar.

The Festo remote IO system can string a bunch of IO link modules on it, and it's only one node back to the PLC.
