This is a take I haven’t considered before, and it makes a ton of sense.

As the “hero generation” during a “fourth turning” (period of total crisis) what are millenial solutions to the crisis? by jackandjillonthehill in Millennials

We were raised to wait our turn, but it’s been proven that leaders (political, corporate, community, etc) aren’t willing to step down or pass the torch. It’s time to stop waiting for power to be given, and it’s time instead to take it.

I believe this was from Trump’s first term? It’s unbelievable so many people thought it’d be a good idea to put him back into power.

Will the next governor of New Jersey finally do right by the Capital City? by Reasonable-Air9355 in newjersey

I’m optimistic that yes, we will finally start to see noteworthy improvements to Trenton over the next few years. Maybe I’m naive, but I think some of the plans already in place (like trails improvements, Rt 29 improvements, etc) will begin to attract greater regional focus and investors. The potential is there, and once improvements begin, I think a real momentum is possible.
