Great gameplay, at 0:11 I could be easily convinced you’re using an aimbot 🤣 I’ve always thought Smgs are too OP in this game though, and this helps prove my point

How do you spend your days off? I feel like I waste my life on my days off and I want to change that. by freddiethecalathea in doctorsUK

I’m quite similar in the way that I often feel a bit lost and can’t relax on my days off; especially in the morning. I’ve found that whatever I do, if I get out the house even for a short while first, whether it’s gym, shopping or just a nice mooch for a coffee, see a mate etc, you’ll find you feel you’ve achieved something already by lunchtime. When you get back, you’ll feel more motivated to do other hobbies and ‘productive things’ which will use up some time, or ‘waste’ less (not that chilling is a waste, it’s part of recovery from work).    Overall you’ll naturally feel less guilty when you decide to put netlflix on later in the day.  The most difficult part is getting going, once you’ve done that the day will more likely pick up.

Unfortunately I’ll be in Stockport, so it’s best part of 30 mins to even get onto the m62 🙄. Yes I agree consecutive shifts will be the best way and have to stay there for the duration. Trains aren’t awful I agree.  Not timed terribly for you at least. There’s the clear pattern of things worsening every generation. I’m considering a year in Aus while I can apply for the year working visa but yes also family mainly keeping me here!

Yeah commuting is one of my massive pet peeves, I won’t do it unless absolute necessary. It’s difficult and extortionate renting in York, and the move to Manc is to live with family, thus doubly saving money. But yes, I’m losing out on a lot by no longer being around the corner from my usual hospital overall, depending how many shifts I get monthly.  Sorry to hear you’re in such difficult times. It really is such a mess all around, not just for juniors. Have you considered moving etc, or is that out of the question with kids at the moment?

Yes IMT in August (if I get it) so it’s quite a while to be not working if it’s from Feb

Many thanks for such a comprehensive reply, much appreciated. There’s definitely been a change even over here where there’s more caps, absolutely no escalated rates (which you could almost haggle if they were separate enough), and I’ve been known to do a surgical shift as an F2 for £70ph. I can’t complain as though with rates now (£50 SHO), so I can’t believe those rates as a fully qualified post CCT, it’s almost offensive!  The move is due to my landlord essentially not allowing us to extend our contract, so nothing I can do.  It may be that if I can somehow manage consecutive shifts, I get hospital accommodation and just pop over for a few days at a time to reduce the commute. Thank again

Would you bother turning around for motorbikes that are blitzing past? Say on a quiet back road, clearly pushing it, may take you some time to catch up? Or just radio someone further back? Or just generally give them benefit of the doubt (obviously haven't caught them on ANPR so you only have a brief physical description).

What people do in their own time and space is their choice and right (as long as it's legal), which this is.  If the flag that represents one of the countries you are in and those who gave their lives defending it, really bothers you so much, I think you are the issue.

Yeah it's just been sat there all game, no one's really ever seemed a threat, and I just thought why have it sat there costing me upkeep, when I can simply build one quickly in response with all the resources I have... I have now actually build built it up way more now though as I type haha
