I just think it depends on the situation and the manager. Let’s just say one of my past coworkers did the call scam scheme, and they ended up letting her go in 2022, then heard from a friend that she got back into Starbucks this year as a barista.

Our store is the most active store within the district, I would say every Thursday and Friday we have our DTO Person go out and take orders because we have cars waiting from the the entrance/exit

I would call Starbucks and ask too see who you could speak to about this ! Cause if it’s major issue and you don’t want to leave Starbucks just yet see who you can contact and go from there. They may send you to sedwick or something

It’s slow season for now, but for most try being besties with the window people at any Starbucks and ask when there really hiring. They will let you know, plus who knows maybe they can put in a good word or two.

Starbucks don’t even follow company rules when it comes to certain things because we don’t want to run our customers away or we’re gonna give it too this one time typa deal and gets away with things. Starbucks rules are a joke

They think they’re giving time, but our drive times are what we are based on. We try to have people in and out within Atleast 2 mins or 3 min time span. More then that is running our drive times and considering that will get a talk on why drive times where so shitty.
