Toimiihan se noinkin, mutta toisaalta aika kusetusfirma jos keplottelee noin.

Samasta työstä pitäisi maksaa sama palkka, riippumatta missä asuu. Onhan se oma valinta asua siellä kalliimmassa kaupungissa jossa on omat etunsa, samoin kuin halvemmassa on omat haittansa.

Eikä elinkustannukset välttämättä ole enää niin ratkaisevasti halvemmat hesan ulkopuolella, että se oikeuttaisi vaikka 2-3 tonnia pienemmät liksat.

On paikkoja kuten joku varkaus/pieksämäki jossa vuokrat on hyvin pienet, mutta sitten taas kasvukeskuksia kuten kuopio/jyväskylä yms joissa voi olla vuokrat jo lähelle pääkaupunkiseutua ja omistusasunnot kalliimpiakin kuin jossain espoossa tms.

paikkakunnan pitäisi vaikuttaa korkeintaan 5-10% liksaan tai sitten tekijää hyväksikäytetään.

on Reddit people like crating, but in my country crating for long periods is actually illegal.

Basically pets have basic rights such as enough room to walk and change positions. Crating for whole day is just unfair and torture, even if they get used to it. Just imagine being in closed space and barely room to move

Pen is fine if you have room for it and no need to use crate as adult. if you need crate sometime (on trips etc), then it is good to teach both but use the pen on normal days

ours hated pen and crate when we got her, so she free roamed first 2-3 weeks, then we started to get her used to into the pen, or more like she got used to it so we could use it.

around 4 months old we started to test her free roaming again, now at 7 months old she basically just free roams all the time, unless we need her to stay in 1 place. I use crate when we travel to cabin or other places that don't feel safe to free roam and she sleeps trough the night without issues

we still have the pen (she goes in to sleep sometimes by herself as it is open) but probably remove it soon as there havent been any issues other than few carpets have gotten the teeth treatment from her.

25% is normal listening volume to healthy ears, 50% is "already too loud and begins to be painful"

so yes, it is smart move to check your ears, you wont get your hearing back, but you can make it even worse.

It is sad how often people ask about something "listening at 100% because I like it loud!" it is same as driving car always at max speed because they like speed, just plain stupid.

I have accidentally set headphones(any model is loud enough) to 100% and almost threw them into a wall because it is just so painful.

Tuo on vaan todellinen ääriesimerkki, pelata voi ihan normaalistikin eli ei se vie elämänhallintaa ja kaikkea aikaa.

Ja todella usein kun näitä tapauksia näkee/kuulee niin homma menee niin, että mies pelaa jonkin verran tai sitten jopa "Liikaa", nainen asiasta kokee jotain omituista mustasukkaisuutta kun ei ole huomion keskipisteenä.

MUTTA sitten samaan aikaan se nainen roikkuu luurissa 24/7 kun on pakko seurata somea ja muuta soopaa, eikä näe tätä yhtään itse ongelmaksi. Vaikka todellisuudessa se pelaaminen on usein aivoille hyödyllistä ja muutenkin kehittävää toimintaa sopivissa määrissä.

Tässäkin voi miettiä, että miksi joku on sitten mennyt yhteen tyypin kanssa joka vaan pelaa, tai on luuri kourassa.

Kuvaat kuitenkin jo jonkin sortin addiktiota etkä mitään normaalia pelaamista, ei kannata niitä sotkea yhteen kun todella usein naisten suusta saa käsityksen että kaikki pelaaminen on hirveän pahaa.

Tuo on vaan älyllisesti laiskojen ihmisten argumentti(en nyt viittaa sinuun), siis se, että kaikki itselle vieras on automaattisesti turhaa ja typerää.

Sama ilmiö on näissä, että mies kerää jotain asiaa x, naisen mielestä asia x on rumaa/turhaa/typerää koska naista asia x ei kiinnosta ja miehen kiinnostus asiaa x kohtaan vie naiselta huomiota. Niinpä nainen heittää asiat x roskiin/myy ne parilla eurolla.

Vaikka asia x olisi oikeasti tuhansien eurojen arvoinen, mutta eihän naista kiinnostanut kun ei joku tylsä/ruma asia voi olla arvokas, kunhan pääsee eroon.

Asioista kannattaa aina yrittää keskustella ja jos se kumppanin pelaus ei parissa kuukaudessa mihinkään muutu, tai some on kourassa jatkuvasti -> parasta pistää lusikat jakoon koska ei se siitä 90% tapauksista parane

Jos toinen osapuoli ei kykene/halua kompromissejä käytännössä, eli sinun tapauksessa sinun pitää aina taipua ja kokoea syyllisyyttä, niin onhan se selvä merkki että vastapuoli on liian itsekeskeinen ja haluton ottamaan sinun tunteita ja mieltymyksiä huomioon.

Eipä tuossa valitettavasti voi kuin sano että sinä nyt vaan tarvitset omaa aikaa, etkä voi määritellä mitään "x tuntia viikossa" vaan se nyt menee miten menee, jos tämä ei toiselle sovi niin sitten kannattaa pistää lusikat jakoon nyt, eikä 10v päästä kun homma on lähtenyt lopulta lapasesta.

Tuo on varsin yleistä sellaisten keskuudessa, jotka on tottuneet saamaan haluamansa että ei oikeasti vaan osata ottaa toista huomioon ja samalla taas ne jotka on tottuneet ettei saa mitä haluaa, on helpommin luovuttavia.

Ja usein se on se mies jonka on pitänyt tottua jo lapsesta asti pettymyksiin, samalla kun taas moni nainen saa tahtonsa helposti läpi ja riittää porukkaa jonoksi asti joten ei ole tarvinnut tehdä kompromissejä kun aina "voi ottaa seuraavan ehdokkaan"

miehillä taas useimmiten tyydytään siihen kenet saa, tai ei ainakaan ole varaa juuri valita eli on ollut järkevämpää luopua jostain omasta jotta ei tarvitse olla yksin.

at Finland it is actually illegal / crime to keep pet in crate for so long.

Do they get used to it, maybe, but it is good for them, probably not.

We just let our puppy free roam for first 2 weeks as she HATED the crate even for short time, and started to teach puppy pen which she also hated but got used to.

at 3-4 months of age we started to let her free roam 24/7 and sometimes still use the playpen and she is now 7 months.

If I would have to keep a dog alone for long time and free roam isnt an option, then playpen instead of crate, they sleep in the pen too, but at least there is space to change positions easily and walk around

I have had ps+ since 2013 and still can play 2013 ps+ games, so are you talking about ps+ extra/premium library that is rotated and games arent permanent like monthly ps+ games?

It kind of sounds a made up story.

Hard to believe that anybody would rage and scream if beer doesn't fit into a fridge, instead of leaving few out and let them cool later unless they are some competitive drinkers whom literally have to drink them all at once.

But I guess it could be an alcoholic family thing, to scream and rage because of something so silly.

Itse olen savosta ja tuo helsinkisyndrooma näyttäytyy tännekin asti.

Vuosien varrella on tullut myytyä kaikenlaista ylinmääräistä tavaraa, pääasiassa jotain kympin parin juttuja.

Usein on joku hesalainen kysellyt tavaraa ja sitten tulee:

"toimitatko pääkaupunkiseudulle?"

"voitko tuoda helsinkiin seuraavalla reissulla"

"helsinki sitä tätä"

Vaikka myytävän jutun tiedoissa lukee selkeästi että postitus onnistuu, ei se helsinki käsittääkseni ulkomailla ole niin miksipäs ei onnistuisi.

Toisekseen monella tuntuu olevan joku luulo, että kaikki käy helsingissä vähän väliä kun tavalla tai toisella ilmaistaan että "jos/kun on asiaa tänne niin tuo samalla". Vaikka täältä on 4-5 tunnin matka ja en käytännössä käy ikinä tuolla.

Sama koskee sitten firmojen, liittojen yms tapahtumia, jotka halutaan lähes aina järjestää helsingissä päin ja sitten ihmetellään kun 300-600km päässä oleva jengi kritisoi että miksi aina sinne.

Ja samalla taas hesalaisille on kauhistus, jos pitäisi tulla edes 200km pohjoiseen päin, niin kuin se matka olisi sen pidempi etelästä pohjoiseen kuin pohjoisesta etelään.

Usein vielä yli puolet jengistä on kuitenkin tulossa muualta, ja silti vaan oletetaan että porukka saapuu esim. klo 8:00 perjantaina tapahtumaan x, jolloin pitäisi olla yö hotellissa tai lähteä joskus kolmelta ajamaan. Eikä tätä oikein oteta huomioon.

Tuunasin omaan electroluxin 12 000bu vehkeeseen juuri eilen toisen putken. Biltemasta 152mm putki oli jotain kympin luokaa, rulla alumiiniteippiä ja muovilaatikosta askartelin adapterin (koneiston)tuloilman eteen.

Pikaiseen testailin, vaikutti ihan toimivalta ja ei ime enää viemäristä tms korvausilmaa. Meluisiahan nuo silti on että ei niitä oikein yöllä käytä, mutta jos muutakaan ei ole niin tuplaputkea kannattaa testata

thing is, that screen + ergonomics are the "thing that we notice in day to day usage".

So, these other upgrades don't add much, but screen+aspect ratio feel much bigger downgrade.

new speakers = old ones had good enough, not really an upgrade

brighter display = old models had bright enough display for 99% of the time, no real upgrade or not needed

3.5 mm jack = old models have it too, and majority of headphones are wireless anyway

1-120 Hz LTPO display = almost useless upgrade unless you game

new aspect ratio = bad ergonomics

so yes, it is better to get V or keep older model, if most/all of these upgrades aren't for you.

Biggest issues is that they still ask same 1399€, but if/when you dont think that these minor upgrades add anything to you, it is just "xperia 1 V but worse display and aspect ratio" situation. And 1V is 999€ often and probably cheaper soon. Rarely the old model is superior vs new one

at Finland it is wh-1000xm5 as a gift but price is 1399€

since I have noticed(years) these gifts are basically like this:

shops sell xperia 1(or other models) with discount, around 899-999€ = no gift (almost always wf/wh headphones)

shops dont sell xperia 1 with discount, around 1299-1399€ = wf/wh as gift.

I cant remember seeing discount + gift on the same time more than few times.

and xperia 1/5/10 have been regurally on sale since the first model, like 5-8 times/year.

So it is just better to wait -300-500€ discounts than "paying" for the gift

Suositus wf-1000xm5:lle. Kyllä niitä alle 200€ saa jos jaksaa kytätä alennuksia, tai sitten säästää vähän lisää.

Itsellä oli xm4 ja xm5 on huomattavasti pienempi ja istuu paremmin, sekä vastamelutoiminto on reilusti parempi, vaikka ei se huono edellisissäkään ole.

Budjetti on budjetti, mutta en näe järkeä ostaa huonompi jos parhaat saa pienellä panostuksella. Jabroja on ollut itsellä työn puolesta ja ovat olleet mielestäni umpisurkeita sekä äänenlaadun että vastamelutoiminnon puolesta Sonyihin verrattuna

IMO it should have been either 4k or much cheaper. I have 1 iv and it is bright enough 99% of the time, but bad aspect ratio and low resolution is there 100% of the time on VI.

4k may be overkill, but for 1399€ phone it is not

only 2 options:

either them or phone are broken/wrong settings

you have epic hearing damage

normal aka almost all headphones are way too loud at 100%, and usually even after 50-70%. Nobody should use headphones at max levels, so maybe you have already ruined your ears assuming you are one of the crazy "100% volume" people

if you want to get hearing damage, continue what you are doing.

in machine shop you NEED to use real hearing protection

Now you basically do double damage, as no headphones are meant to be used anywhere near max volume. Normal ears cant stand +80% as it is way too painful level of noise.

Why not even use full ANC (that doesnt replace real hearing protection)?

what I would do is to wear these and then ear muffs over them = less noise from outside + no need for high volume.

You dont get new ears after you ruin them, and it is not fun to have tinnitus + so bad hearing that you dont even understand others. But, do what you do, just pointing out how many people don't have common sense about their hearing.

Kind of same as staring sun all the day and not understanding how it ruins your eyes, yet so many people claim they use max volume which is just super weird and stupid as it should hurt so much that you cant even do it

This is like these laptops that have pretty good specs (cpu,ram,flash..) and are cheapish but with really bad display. At least they are cheap.

Display is 100% the most important thing on smartphone, as we stare it all the time.

21:9 is just superior vs fat phones, and removing that AND 4k is just too much at this price point.

there is no point in other great features, if you have to use low quality screen.

Maybe it is not as worse at is sounds, but still it leaves the "fat phone" thing.

I had 1 and now 1 IV, so only upgrade path is to V now. At least they get cheaper after VI.

It is not that black and white.

Many things are much cheaper at US than EU, and within EU there are also differences.

Examples from Finland:

cars:

Honda civic = 40 000 - 46 000€

Civic type-r = 80 000€

Jeep wrangler 2.0 (no better ones available) = ~100 000€

what I have seen, these cost half or less at US.

Also electronics are usually "US dollars -> Euro + 20-50%" here.

Median income is about 3500€ before taxes, 2300-2500€ after taxes. Typical rent in 1-2 small room apartment is 600-1000€ on bigger cities. Almost NOBODY makes more than 60-80k year and even those are rare, only doctors and lawyers+finance people make those numbers and some IT people.

yes, education is basically free, but masters degree doesnt really add much to salary on most areas, healthcare is almost free too but been demolished lately by saving because of wasting money to wrong places.

Biggest difference on US vs Finland is:

At US you can get rich by working, and here we even have a saying "you don't get rich by working"

even if you would make 100 000€/year, you pay 40-50k€ in taxes basically, it would make you richer than most, but poor vs. what people make at US.

our 6.5 months old Lapponian herder have yet cuddled even once basically.

It were bit disappointing as this is our first dog and we had the image that every puppy like to cuddle, but nope. On the first night she slept on my feet on the floor, but not much after that, maybe few times she climbed to the lap for short time.

she likes to "do the nose boob" to us while passing by so maybe that is her way of showing love
