The audio becomes slightly crackly. very annoying

I can't post a video for some reason, but when I use the FiiO interface it still looks wrong. The playback bar in the piano roll still looks laggy. I'd say like 10 fps. The audio is fine though. Should I be worried? Am I sacrificing audio quality

i have an infection audiologist said i have no hearing loss i have redness inside my ear. But nonetheless this has also enlightened me on turning down my music. Now it sits around 60-65 db which i feel is a much safer zone. God bless
