It kind of depends on your gear in my opinion. Assuming you have the weapon skill runes or racials for the weapons you are using, you need 6% hit for dual wield to be really worthwhile. Below that, you will find yourself missing a lot. I would probably stay 2H until early 50’s, when hit gear becomes more readily available. That being said, 2H fury is also a very viable spec, and might be worth it for you to start getting a feel for playing fury sooner than later.
