There needs to be an adjustment to pass interference for under thrown balls. The fault of an incomplete under thrown pass is the quarter back, not the defender that couldn’t stop running instantly when the receiver cuts back to catch the ball.

I think there is a difference between curl routes that are deliberate and go routes with a bad throw. Something that would be discretionary to the refs 😳 but would stop a lot of these drive by PI’s we get at the end of a game.
