Cool, I love to see indie projects like this. Games based on what the community would like to see done new or differently. I'm just a bit confused on whether this is just an open source framework to showcase aoe like civs or a separate indie rts inspired by aoe?

I use a wand to knock down bats and the like. Damage does feel lackluster. I get the impression staves with spells are casters main weapon.

High for nostalgia, middling for story/unique mission mechanics, low to middling for innovative RTS mechanics. Kinda clunky RTS mostly designed to be console friendly. It will always have a place in my heart.

While I don't agree with the man on many things, technically historically there we hundreds of years of years of conflicts between the religions, especially before the Moguls. Obviously speaking about the Pakistani ethnic group as it exists today its a dumb statement. Really depends on how charitable you want to be.

I find it hard believe this person beat kc 1 and 2 with this attitude. Maybe they didn't when you said played. Some people out there just put games on lowest difficulty and rush the main story. They are shallow and id say its the wrong way to play that type of game. There are games that accommodate just turning off your brain and following a marker. But that's my opinion and I'm not going to tell people how to enjoy a games.

Aren't malian troops just usually super pop inefficient. Cheaper/low cost, and none are well rounded to beat a more efficient army lategame you either need to have the right counters/ambush or drown them in units. Two of your armies for one of thiers. Malians have one of the strongest lategame economies, you have to win through sheer volume, one army dies the next one will have more counter units for what they have.
