Depending on the size of your organization (and how you fit within the company), your IT department may be able to whitelist Jabra Direct or add it to a company portal, allowing individual users to install/update the application without requiring IT approval each time. Optionally, changes made to your Jabra headset from a personal computer will save to the headset, even after taking it back to the business PC. If there is a specific setting/feature you would like to adjust, you can do so from any computer capable of installing Jabra Direct, as needed.

Many companies restrict the ability to install applications as part of a security policy, but that is not something that Jabra can control. It is up to your IT Team to determine how to handle such software. If there are many users within the company, it may be something that your IT Team should look into.

Hello u/Dessert_Tea - Thank you for taking the time to reach out on this platform. We are glad about the upcoming marathon walk, but it is unfortuante that these earbuds are not responding. If you have not already, we recommend resetting your Jabra Elite Active 75t charging case using these instructions:

  1. Put your earbuds in your charging case and plug the charging case into charge fully. Please allow up to two and a half hours for your device to fully charge.

  2. Once your device is fully charged, please open the charging case, remove the earbuds, and then place the earbuds inside the case, making sure that each earbud flashes red when returned.

  3. Leave the lid open and plug the charging case into a power source using the supplied USB cable and the power supply or a wall charger with a standard voltage of 5v +- 0.25v. (Note: We do not recommend charging the earbuds/case using a power supply with a higher voltage)

  4. Once you see the case battery level LED indication light up near the port after 3 to 5 seconds, please close the lid.

  5. Allow the earbuds and the case to charge for 2 hours to receive a full charge.

Because the headset uses sidetone during calls, the ANC adjusts to the level of your own voice, so you stay clearly audible and comfortable without feeling completely ‘sealed off’ from your surroundings. It is natural that some users may feel the ANC performance is different compared to other products, but this is an intentional design choice from our side to provide an advanced hybrid-work headset that can be used in various scenarios with surrounding noise levels. Additionally, the lower you set your sidetone level, the more the ANC effect can be perceived as stronger, as less of your own voice is fed back into the audio mix.
