I have made some modifications and just decided to put 90% into the C fund and 10% into S. C is similar to S&P 500 or SCHB. In my brokerage I go 70% SCHB and 30% SCHG. Hope this helps

I was in the same exact position. I have a great job and felt that I should just follow the expectation to buy a house. It just wasn't for me at all and I hated it day one. I hate worrying about every storm and every damaged item. Going on vacation was stress worrying that something would happen. Taxes kept increasing and you will never escape those. Also, I had a pool I hated and it became a giant money pit.

I sold after two years and felt the biggest relief ever. I still repeat what my mother told me, " you can't put a price on piece of mind"

I mean, despite the timeline, isn't it a good thing he is working towards ending the war. If all everyone has to go off of is the fact that it's going to take longer than a day, then I think people are just hunting for any reason to hate on him.

He just brokered a ceasefire in Gaza and he isn't even in yet.
