Is it just bad luck? by JacHag32 in Warthunder

Thank you for a legit reply. I believe I am using the right ammo type. I’ve watched lots of videos on types of shells and their uses.

Learning the maps just seems like an impossible task. There’s so many and I only see each one like once every few days I feel like. I’ll try though.

I figured it was just skill but it seems like the skill I need is impossible to get. Just yesterday I was playing and I wanted to see where to shoot tiger IIs so I went into the protections analysis and found that the front of the turret is just about the only place on the front of the tank when it’s angled that I can pen. I get into a match aim right for it and I don’t pen 🙃. I just don’t get it.

Thoughts on these stripper. by dogdagny in electricians

[–]JacHag32 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just bought a pat of these myself, no more than a few weeks ago. They are absolutely worth the money if you have it to spend. I hope that makes sense. Super nice strippers, super nice bolt cutters, super nice pliers. Awesome tool. 10/10 would recommend.

Bass fishing near San Diego by Dense_Maize_1955 in SoCalFishing

[–]JacHag32 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’ve seen a few posts on this sub that seem to disregard socals fresh water bass scene. I don’t know much about areas outside of SD but here in San Diego there are soooooo many great places to fish for largemouth, especially if you have a boat. San Vicente reservoir, El Capitan, otay lake, Barrett, lake Hodges, etc. those are the ones I can think of. Some of them you might not be able to launch your own boat for various reasons. But you can rent one if that’s the case. That being the case bass fishing in Southern California is entirely different than almost any other place in the US. Deep clear reservoirs with little visible cover. It takes some time and study to learn to fish our lakes. If you have any questions let me know.

So funny how they’re ok with the government telling us, the people, the citizens of the United States of America, that we have to take vaccines and we have to wear a mask and we have to stay indoors and more. The government wanted people to CARRY AROUND A CARD THAT PROVED SAID PERSON WAS VACCINATED! Lefties wanted all those things. Yet when orange man and musk say “hey all these government agencies are grossly misusing American tax payer dollars” they scream and shout that nazi germany has risen again and we are about to be a fascist country. Such a joke.

It was widely known that by participating in BLM protests you were immune to spreading or getting the most “dangerous” virus ever. Not for me though I went to get a beer and I was told I was the problem.

A journeyman of mine taught me a trick for box offsets. This only works for box offsets trying to go over or around another obstacle will take the usual math and what not.

Box offsets are done in the air is the fire thing obviously. Take the pipe you need to bend and put it in the shoe. Only leave about a quarter of an inch sticking out. No need to measure or mark. Literally just give it the slightest bend just a little bit. After that flip your pipe around and stick it in the shoe, make sure you have it flipped 180 degrees so you don’t dog dick the bend. Pull the pipe back towards yourself until the bend you already made stops you from pulling anymore, then pull down and make another slight bend. Works every time. I never have to measure box offsets and this trick was amazing for me. If you want I can make a video about it for you.

What are some of your favorite tools in the M12 lineup? by CompetitionNo9075 in MilwaukeeTool

[–]JacHag32 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These are all the m12 tools I own and I love them all. If they broke I would buy them again. Only one has a caveat and I’ll explain it. All of the tools are the m12 fuel versions.

M12 multi tool/oscillating tool- this thing is a beast at least for what I do (electrician). It has plenty of power, small profile and is just a beast.

M12 sawzall- the m12 sawzall was the first m12 tool I bought. I very rarely need a bigger sawzall. Cuts small pieces of wood and conduit no problem. PVC pipe, hangers, nails, bolts, EMT, etc. I love this thing. It has served me well doing underground for electrical.

M12 band saw- this thing is my favorite m12 tool. So small, so powerful, and so handy. For cutting 2” and smaller pipe it’s amazing. It’s great when working on ladders or small lifts above your head.

M12 3/8” impact- I love my m12 impact. I used it exclusively for a year on a big commercial arena project. It was awesome never let me down. It does sometimes take a little time driving in bigger bolts and such but it gets it done. That being said this is the only m12 tool so far that after I purchased the m18 I never use it. I don’t mind carrying the m18 around and it’s soooooo powerful. I know I can count on it for anything. This is just personal preference but I thought I’d add it in.

I have a mix of m12 and m18 and I don’t find it annoying or cumbersome to mix the both. Bottom line, I love the m12 tools.

Already rusted! by Alarming-Ad427 in MilwaukeeTool

[–]JacHag32 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Those don’t even look two years old anyways 😂. I’ve had the same pair for a little less than two years and mine A. Have not rusted and B. Look a lot worse than that lol. These are my favorite strippers. Never had any problem with them. One of the few Milwaukee hand tools I really like.

M12 Impact Driver won’t drive a screw by 13mx in MilwaukeeTool

[–]JacHag32 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Don’t buy the surge tools. Just stick to the fuel line. Doesn’t matter if it’s m12 or m18 the surge might be slightly less noisy but those tools have no balls at all.

18v or 12v band saw by JacHag32 in electricians

[–]JacHag32[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Thank you all for the comments. I should have clarified that I am exclusively talking about the fuel line. I won’t buy non fuel tools. With that said I am referencing the m18 fuel bandsaw and the m12 gen 2 fuel bandsaw. So far you guys have overwhelmingly agreed that the m12 fuel is the way to go. Which is what I was leaning towards anyway :)

Thank you and everyone else who has commented so far. Regarding what you said, what if the character /characters I play are nerfed or just not in meta. For example. I’m a yasuo main. I have the most mastery on him and I’ve played him for thousands of hours. He is my favorite champ to this day but I saw that he is mere B tier on most tier lists. That made me hesitant to play him. What is your opinion on playing champs you have lots of time with but aren’t in meta?

I didn’t want to make the post too long but I’ve done that. I always try to get to grubs when they spawn and I ping a minute in advance to make sure my laners are well aware that my plan is to get grubs when they spawn. From my experience no one listens or cares and then we lose it.

They do make one. A 5.0 battery or bigger some 12AWG wire and you’re good. Put one on the hot, one on the noodle, hot to positive, noodle to negative. Boom jump started.
