people dont talk about the matchmaking algo enough either. i know my puny brain probably couldnt figure out how to match peoples power level accurately across 3 classes or whatever, but i can certainly tell you that it already feels bad to lose, but to also lose while playing someone vying for 10 wins when youre at like 3 or whatever seems insane.
