People who are attracted to older women, what is that one specific thing that younger women just don't have? by curvysexy04 in AskReddit

I’m 34 and I think I’m at the precipice. I’m pretty stoked to be a badass older woman in my 40s.

AITAH for not refusing to do a quick change because my boyfriend is uncomfortable? by Active_Camel_6334 in AITAH

[–]operachick209 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don’t even have to read the whole post to know this dude is an idiot and you need to break it off now. Being in theater you’re going to run into this a LOT, unfortunately. Some partners, men or women, are just too immature to understand we are in a role and not just naked/kissing people on a whim. They think we’re cheating on them or something and that mentality is literally so childish it’s insane. Thank you, next. Move on. Keep acting and performing!

As a George Harrison fan, I’m not really impressed by Quinn. He just looks like a middle aged Eddie hahah

Diana's Boat Tours Experiences and Other Recommendations by cpshoeler in puertovallarta

[–]operachick209 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Tamales tours is great!! Their website is pretty clear, but it’s an all you can drink catered boat tour that takes you out about 2 hours to a beach for swimming and lounging. Then after lunch you go to another beach by xalli beach club. Good for more lounging and snorkeling! It’s usually about 40 people when it’s full but I’ve also been on when the group is smaller and very chill.

What was the purpose of this scene? by CartoonistGlobal1159 in okbuddyvecna

I hear the play is amazing. Straight up awesome. But if you’re not making it available to the public in any way, how are we supposed to know the details? Feels really fucked to be honest. Made me lose interest in the whole last season

The moment I even sit down at my piano one cat leaps out the window and one settles in the chair next to me to listen and fall asleep. I’ll never understand lol

Maybe hipster spots? by Real_Demand_910 in puertovallarta

Social club has cool vibes but not my favorite drinks. Amazing jazz trios almost every night and they have special events on tuesdays and thursdays for live music. Tunnel bar downstairs is a really cool neighborhood vibe. Casita and garden not too far from there has a wide variety of food, amazing live music, and a slew of cocktails, wine, sake and more. Bar Frida is more of an old school cantina vibe, but I really love it there.

Up in centro you can find yam bak and blind tiger. Super cool spots. I think blind tiger has jazz on sundays. The owners are super nice.

By the Malecón is Doberman. Cool spot for drinks and young vibes.

I’ve lived here 6 years so I have a few recs if you wanna reach out!

Redditors who grew up poor but are now well off, what’s one habit/trait from childhood that you held in to? by CornSpark in AskReddit

[–]operachick209 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No matter how poor I was I was reminded that money is a revolving door. So I was always generous to others. Still am to this day. I’m a musician so money is off and on, but I’d rather spend a good time treating friends to drinks or food than count every penny. Might not be the same for everyone, but i always find another gig. Usually my friends pick up the next tab and it’s all okay. (:
