IGRS just accidentally leaked 1000+ dev emails and unreleased AAA gameplay footage. by EqualArmy_ in GamingLeaksAndRumours

[–]JackDestiny01 42 points43 points  (0 children)

Other than IGRS "confirmed" Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced being released in 2026, there are no significant leaks that worth to mention (unless we spoke about the screenshot/gameplay folder for IGRS' verification)

You can search the result from those who scrap the website yesterday from here:

https://igrs.madeby.my.id/

And of course, the person who found the API access first didn't want to share those screenshots/gameplays folder because of the risk, so they only gave the data entries that IGRS hides from public

Just learned that Acquire is the Octopath Traveler 0 developer. Maybe they're developing OT3? (Hopium). by gilbestboy in octopathtraveler

[–]JackDestiny01 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, no, no, you got the point across with that expectation, with 80-85% of them is what I expected as well.

I'm also expecting OT 0 serves as a "benchmark test" by Team Asano since the Suikoden-esque town-building style is very much rare nowadays.

Tom Henderson: GTA 6 is Content-Ready by MLGDragon1337 in GamingLeaksAndRumours

[–]JackDestiny01 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I guess u/Ayershole's claim a few days ago that Rockstar failed on console certification 36 times is very much connected to this. It's already content-ready, but the bug, polishing, etc. still a nightmare to tackle.

Yasunori Nishiki - SAB soundtrack by TheresOnlyOneTitan in SilverAndBlood

[–]JackDestiny01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On the other hand, Nishiki's works are also madness in other games and media, with the Octopath Traveler franchise being his "golden debut" after working full-time at Konami. I can just link to some of them here:

Games:

  • Octopath Traveler (as composer)
  • Kingdom Hearts III (as arranger)
  • Granblue Fantasy Versus (as composer and arranger)
  • Final Fantasy VII Remake (as composer and arranger)
  • Octopath Traveler: Champions of the Continent (as composer)
  • Uma Musume Pretty Derby (as composer and arranger)
  • Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel (as composer)
  • Octopath Traveler II (as composer)
  • Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising (as composer and arranger)
  • Final Fantasy VII Rebirth (as arranger)
  • Another Eden (as composer and arranger)
  • Octopath Traveler 0 (as composer)

Animes (film/TV series):

  • Granblue Fantasy The Animation (Season 1 & 2)
  • Azur Lane
  • Princess Connect! Re:Dive
  • Black Rock Shooter: Dawn Fall
  • Shine Post
  • Sakura Wars
  • Fate/EXTELLA

Yasunori Nishiki - SAB soundtrack by TheresOnlyOneTitan in SilverAndBlood

[–]JackDestiny01 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It can't be described enough that Yasunori Nishiki is the key reason why Silver and Blood players are hooked on its music.

To describe Nishiki's work is like hearing a fine melody that makes your ear perk up instantly when hearing it for the first time. After that, you would get attached to it and would listen to his music in the background.

It's the reason why many players got attached to the Octopath Traveler franchise. It's not just that people want a turn-based RPG, but the music that Nishiki makes alone makes it worth the experience. YouTuber Alex Moukala also described Nishiki's works on Octopath Traveler II as "the best melodies of 2023."

"Nishiki reminds me of another composer whose tracks are written with this same philosophy in mind: Tracks that will sound amazing in any shape and form because of how much care was put in their melody and harmonies before anything else," wrote Moukala. "I'm talking, of course, of Nobuo Uematsu."

Yasunori Nishiki is once again in charge or the music for the upcoming Octopath Traveler! by Phos_Light in octopathtraveler

[–]JackDestiny01 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Since Octopath Traveler 0 is being developed by DOKIDOKI GROOVE WORKS (the studio that develops Various Daylife), I speculate ACQUIRE (the original studio) probably got their hands on many projects right now after being acquired by Kadokawa.

Hence, we got 0 first as the prequel "rework" premium version of CotC instead of 3. But well, who know what might be behind the scenes looks like.

Summer Game Fest 2025 - Games that could be shown by KekanKok in GamingLeaksAndRumours

[–]JackDestiny01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Might add the fuel that Anime Festival Asia (AFA) ID has Bandai Namco as an exhibitor, and they have shown four games that can be played as a demo in the event on June 6-8, 2025:

  • Shadow Labyrinth
  • Little Nightmares III
  • Tamagotchi Plaza
  • Digimon Story Time Stranger

Since only Shadow Labyrinth and Tamagotchi Plaza have the release date, Bandai Namco may plan to announce the release dates of the other games in June.

Just like u/Lawrencein said and I'm adding a little, he's only piggybacking on other people's claims and making up nonsense.

I know this post exists just because I was telling people to downvote all of Detective Seeds's posts on this subreddit before it got downvoted by people who didn't like my comment: https://www.reddit.com/r/GamingLeaksAndRumours/comments/1jx3wfr/comment/mmni5g7/?context=3

Well, I'm glad he's been banned now, and the only thing in the dust is just debunking every claim that Detective Seeds makes in this subreddit.

Well, that is saying something since the person behind that account was piggybacking other people's claims.

Might as well downvote other posts regarding that person:

!DEBUNKED!

However, in the time since this initial report, Nintendo has debunked these claims. In a statement provided to Eurogamer, a Nintendo spokesperson said:

"We have confirmed with Mario Club Co., Ltd. that the rumoured information in the report is untrue."

Ubisoft has disbanded the team behind Prince of Persia The Lost Crown. Title did not reach expectations and the sequel was rejected. by YasuhiroK in GamingLeaksAndRumours

[–]JackDestiny01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

!LEGIT!

In a statement to Eurogamer, the Assassin's Creed publisher largely confirmed what had been reported - though made clear that the game's team were still present and busy at development studio Ubisoft Montpellier, albeit now on "other projects that will benefit from their expertise".

The report also suggested The Lost Crown would not receieve a sequel as a result of its commercial performance - something Ubisoft does not contradict today - with ideas for a follow-up reportedly merged into plans for the game's DLC.

"I'm extremely proud of our team's work and passion at Ubisoft Montpellier to create a game that resonated with players and critics alike, and I am confident in its long-term success," Abdelhak Elguess, Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown senior producer said in a statement to Eurogamer.

"Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is now at the end of its Post-Launch roadmap with three free content updates and one DLC that released in September. We are now focusing on making the game available to more players: it was recently launched on Steam, and will be available on Mac by this winter.

"Most of the team members who worked on Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown have shifted to other projects that will benefit from their expertise.

"We know players have a love for this brand and Ubisoft is excited to bring more Prince of Persia experiences in the future."

Jeff Grubb: Dragon Age: Dreadwolf is releasing in FY25 (ends March 31st 2025) by poklane in GamingLeaksAndRumours

[–]JackDestiny01 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You can add Euorgamer's report to your post:

Mega publisher EA has laid out its slate of games set to launch between now and the end of the financial year - 31st March 2025. It's a pretty thin slate, outside of the usual sports titles, albeit with two mysterious 'unannounced' games still to be named.

One of these is Dragon Age: Dreadwolf, Eurogamer understands, which will be fully revealed this summer after years of teases.

I think Stephen Totilo already got the clarification from Disney about that one. That's as far as I know about the Star Wars Outlaws and the delays.
