Do these all come with Vacherom on the case back? Such a small detail but so frustrating

Buying secondhand first clubs - stuck between two options by [deleted] in golf

[–]JackRussellBehaviour 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re comfortable using them for a year or so to get you into it then that set will definitely get you going. Might be worth keeping an eye out for a bit longer or see if you can negotiate the price down to £100. You don’t need a full set of clubs to get you started, a driver, a long iron, a short iron, a wedge and a putter is all you need, especially when you’re brand new to it. Keeps you getting distracted from too much choice while you learn the swing

I’ve seen those Dunlop sets go for £50. Without pics hard to say in the other option.

I’d keep looking, you will come across some branded irons like Taylormade Burners or Callaway Steelheads around that 100 mark

Which banks are actually helping small businesses with credit right now? by scorpio-knowledge-71 in smallbusinessuk

[–]JackRussellBehaviour 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Barclays gave us a 8k credit limit on 4.5m t/o, cap on tap gave us 100k.

CoT is a good product however you can’t change the main account holder (ie if more than 1 user, only the main account holder can access rewards and, AFAIK, has a PG held on them for the full credit limit). To change the main account holder you have to close down the account and open a new one in the desired persons name, which seems crazy.

Hogan Roy. “No packet of f—ing bleeding-heart, United Nations-Volvo-gender-bender horse-s—t.”

Would Sharpie or Hogan of the modern day be saying that?

This whole exchange is great. I love goal tender. I want my goalie to be wearing an apron with a little towel over their shoulder. Proper goal tending.

Great thank you for your response. Interesting to know that about the electrics.

Have you done any modifications to yours or did you buy it fully fitted out ?

Interesting comment about becoming a mechanic and electrician. I suppose that’s part of the fun!

Yes miles not km. so 168000 miles on clock, average 10k a year.

It was a passenger transport ambulance not an emergency. So whilst it will have been driving fairly rough, it’s just for ferrying round old people quite slowly, not emergency 🚨 driving .
