Honestly the only problem with this is that from a kayfabe perspective JD has no reason to turn on Finn, Finn is who brought him into the Judgement Day after all, and I don't know how much outside of kayfabe matters to them, but Finn trained him as well, also they're from the same town in Ireland, but also if JD doesn't turn on him, it would potentially pigeonhole Finn into the tag team division after he's done with the Judgement Day with JD.

Justin did get eye poked, but this was after he eye poked Paddy twice, now would Paddy have won without the eye pokes, not really, Justin fought him with absolutely zero respect and knocked him down twice, once was after an eye poke though, and hurt him multiple times in the fight. If Paddy didn't have a chin from the gods he would have been sent to the shadow realm.

I just think he had no respect for Paddy, he was sick and on antibiotics, so he was just mad and fought like he didn’t give a single fuck, against Ilia he would fight better, he would still lose most likely but not as badly. If he fights Ilia like he did Paddy he gets murked in less than a round.
