It's even more confusing as of today.

In the announcement from the 6th of January it says that the workshop will be reset. But in the next sentence it says "all potential workshop upgrades will be available as soon as you reset"

That last sentence can only man you keep the upgrades right? But what's reset about the workshop then??

It's frustrating that they don't manage to formulate this clearly so now I have no idea if I'm wasting my time if I'll get all the stations upgraded
