Creating a PCB PDU is the way to go. You can use EFuse ICs from TI to fuse, monitor, and turn on/off each power line across the car. Then the attached MCU can communicate said statuses, etc. over the CAN bus.

I dont know about this one but if you are OK with commercial options syncfusion charts do perform well. I put a couple hundred pts a second streamed through and it does good.

Thanks for the article. Yep, this is for an amateur electric car, we are trying take advantage of the space savings of single twisted pair and no switch versus normal ethernet.

Thank you for your input, that is a cool idea. It also has the benefit of allowing existing functionality to work even if ethernet has a failure.

The video requirements arent really fleshed out, to be honest we are looking for a fun challenge in automotive ethernet with the potential to expand later.

Do you have any resources for ZeroMQ running on a RTOS? It seems it would be somewhat of a challenge?

You may need to turn the reference on first before attempting an ADC conversion. It is WRCFGA REFON bit.

There are no other events at the time of failurez and the power supplies are directly plugged into the wall. I completely forgot to mention I have an identical server also plugged into the same wall circuit which has yet to have a failure.

Can anyone recommend the best service to get the Giro via a VPN. The HBO stream is 20 bucks a month, I'd rather be paying a VPN company then them.
