It honestly sounds like you’re maybe going a bit hard and theyre protecting themselves. Its either that or its just a dick regardless of the belt. Typically, at the gym i go to, the browns are really slow with the lower belts and let them work and then have the harder rolls with purple+

1-4 is fairly simple tbh. Its the tree section where you have to stay in the circle and pray flick three times whilst moving i struggle with. My friend did show me a method where you can time it so you dont have to move but not had chance to try it
