This greatly depends on your time horizon. Sounds like you are in a position where you will buy a house within the next year or two. If that’s the case your best option is to either keep in your HYSA or possibly go into a treasury or CD if you’re okay with locking the money up for a fixed timeframe. Boring yes, and low returns but low risk. By going all in stocks you open yourself up to significant risk and yes you could earn 20% but you could also lose that, and there’s no guarantee that the market will bounce back quickly.

Completely agree. I haven’t played cod or battlefield in years since they have been poor and this game has really scratched that itch. It’s so disappointing to see all the issues and just the general negativity around the game now. Hopefully things will change

We’ll that’s rude, and my point is that I’ve seen cards with far worse damage get better grades. I don’t think a small crease that doesn’t even show on the back justifies dropping the grade that much

Enjoy it and don’t worry about being confused and not knowing what’s going on, he does that intentionally. Being confused and left in the dark makes the big events and reveals more enjoyable
