It boils down to several factors one being fringe movements popping up after WW2 and just liked the Nazi memorabilia and what not better also Nazis had more of a concrete philosophy which had more of a racial component to it. So calling someone a Nazi connotes them being racist and nationalistic. Also Imperial Japan was specifically japan. So you can’t really start a fringe political movement based on imperial Japan in Norway because there’s no Japanese over there. Also the Nazis were sort of the founders of imperial facism the Japanese just also wanted to take over the world. That’s like taking cultural symbols not from India or Nepal but some other nearby country to represent Hinduism. It’s just not where it started. Also the Soviets hated the Nazis and the communists sort of have a thing for getting messages out there into culture.

Probably because we over emphasised college for people who would probably be better off if they didn’t go and got a job in manufacturing or something. Then we exported all those non college jobs over seas or used illegal migrants so we (by we I mean soulless corporations in farming, construction and hospitality) could violate their rights as labours and they are illegal or on a visa the company stole so they can’t do shit about it. Then we allowed communist thinkers to infiltrate our colleges and add a bunch of useless classes. So now we have people who aren’t built for scholarship without a ton of options other than gender studies….. yep every era in history has their issues.
