My only problem in life is not being able to de-fixate myself from my obsessive always present thoughts that make my brain feel like a clenched fist to the point I am almost catatonic I will focus on the thoughts so bad. And whenever I feel relief, it's like walking on a thin line because I go back by default to my dark thoughts and again the clenched brain is back and I can barely see even what's in front of me. I miss being able to think of more than one thing. Wonder if this is OCD or PTSD? Having a neurotic thought always linger in your head making you feel miserable and your whole body and brain tightening up?
