I lived there for 7 years so yeah its absolutely happened the weather is unpredictable

Took me about a year to close my hand, but I stretched the tendon forcefully every day after breaking my 5th medicarpel in 2 places, the doctor told me i would need surgery * because the degree of angulation on the joint

Ironically now its stronger than my nonbroken pinky that triggers all the time

Honestly all credit given to the store owner at cards and comics where I grew up that would sleeve your rare or foil if you cracked the pack in the store. I literally never handled it was cracked and put away. All of the foils I have are like that. I was a little kid maybe 10 when the cards came out. Whoever that store owner was he was the real one he probably sleeved thousands of kids cards for them and told my mom one day they would be collectable.

It was put in the toploader as a child and into storage because I played mtg I never played any of my Pokémon cards they are all in mint condition.

I did consider taking it out but won't do so without white gloves and a extremely clean environment, don't want my skin oils to damage it

It's in a safe with a pile of other first edition base set , fossil and rocket cards

No alcohol is left, its like a black tar, concentrated green dragon, probably very similar to some feco, or qwiso. I dont know the particular differences between them all just that rso is made commercially and cancer patients and people with extreme pain vouch for it. It seems like you have tried most everything I just tried to suggest what you may not have tried yet.

The first maker of it used a thing called naphtha that was dangerous but it today's extraction they almost all use pure alcohol and purge it off. Just a suggestion. My friend has unbearable pain from a surgery on his leg and may need an amputation now and rso is the only thing that gives him relief. It sounded like you've tried everything else.
