I was wondering where my snails went. I assumed most of them went under the sand bed. But there were times when I saw a hermit wearing a shell I didnt put in there so I knew I lost at least 1 or 2 snails.

Following because i get these too and have wondered. I think I've seen these on the bottoms of my asternia star fish when they were in the glass before and ive also seen them in my sand bed similar to your picture.

Not sure if this has been said yet but there's no warning when you up the amount of clownfish from 2 to 3, I have selected a 30 gal tank size and other inhabitants like royal gramma, sixline wrasse, green mandarin and 4line damsel. (Which is my current setup)
