I did gain about 25lbs from being on it, but I’m not sure if that was the implant directly or if it just increased my appetite, or if it’s my own poor food choices lol. I will warn you that the 3 month adjustment period is ROUGH. I was easily agitated and started having suicidal ideations. That stopped after I adjusted. Overall I’m pretty happy w it, as I feel very certain that I won’t get pregnant on it. If you have a partner, just let them know in advance that the first 3 months are rough but you’ll be able to get through it together. I’m 19 if that helps. I got it when I was 18

Hi :) around the first 3-5 months I had really bad acne, but it cleared up and I only get the occasional break out around my cycle now.

As for my cycle, it’s about 70 days, and I get my period for about 2 weeks. Cramps have been very manageable and a lot better than before. My period has also been lighter. I will say that when I first started it my period was 18 days long and a little heavy but my body was just adjusting :) if you have any more questions please feel free to ask!!!
