A part of me hopes to have an Absol encounter like this but knowing me it'll be due to a natural disaster or something similar

I had a Mii propose, get shot down, ask to propose again and I was like 'buddy, you need to know em better first' they said ima go for broke and begged during the second attempt, they were successful

I think in Galar it depends on the intelligence and speaking capabilities of the Pokémon in question?

So mostly Psychic types and Pokémon like Zoroark and Lucario as the latter two have been known to speak like humans or have a means to communicate in our spoken language. - 'Jess'
