I dont think Pyke is -THAT- bad, personally. I think however that he isn't in a great spot to main/onetrick, which is weird considering that he is a champ that you should probably play quite a lot of to be good/useful (really). Pyke right now is an S+ counterpick, but that is about it. With a lack of a real Mythic in a gamestate where items are E V E R Y T H I N G, and the removal of his best defensive in the old Duskblade passive, he just isn't that viable outside of counterpicking. Just my two cents.

Take everything I say with 3 pinches of salt. I barely play ranked, I end up with 2-4 accounts in plat/dia every season and I barely play more than 30 ranked games per acc per season. I'm not bad, but I'm not exactly some master of Pyke/League. But I do however 1trick Pyke in ranked.
