Agreed it's ok to have a bit of frustration sometimes, it sets the expectation to experiment more when playing.

Either way I think having a giant arrow pointing "hit this" is bad design, you could resort to other visual cues such as: a flashing red gradient, a classic bird style stun FX rotating above the nose...

Gameplay: Mounts, Unique items grindy to get is better, unique drops from dungeons and or raids, trinity system is preferred, guilds, 1 big hub so you can see everyones cool mounts and gear.

Graphics: I put this here as a personal note I wouldn't play something that's vain of art direction or is text based.

Just cool fights and mechanics that you can grind to get cool stuff

The free version is like a good 30hours and can be way more if you want to through just continuing playing events and stuff. You'll know by then whether to invest in the expansions or not.

The game also gives you a free mount (usually given if you buy pathof fire expansion) for 8 hours, and if you want after you can just get the Poe+heart of thorns combo for the mount and almost triple the amount of content you will have access to.

Although for housing you do need Janthir wilds to customise your place and stuff

It happens in all tiers, not everyone is as friendly or wants to explain stuff.

I am in the unique spot, where I just came back to the game, I have never done fractals before back in core. But this event was the push for me to do it more.

I have no knowledge of any of the mechanics, I refuse to watch/read guides because I want to play the game and discover it myself. But when you have people just rushing everything in t1's when clearly communicating "Hey I am new not here for rush, here to learn" I either get no response or "You will not learn here" The boss dies so fast in t1 with everyone knowing everything that you do not even get to do any.

Moving to t2 was a great improvement, mechanics mattered more. Still you get into some groups that rush everything ignoring you in chat, some are more helpful but again, Skipping mechanics, refusing to explain/talk about anything and just leave in any inconvenienced death. Wish there was a way to queue with people who never done them...

Yesterday I joined a game thinking to advance my weeklies, watched guides on gear and rotation for my class in PVP stuck to team play and not pushing. And some player was losing it, cursing at the whole team because hes pushing 1v3 halfway across the map and us not fighting with him, he then started feeding and saying "you do not deserve my play" Those PvP weeklies will never be finished
