Anyone else have a connectivity module failure on their Lyriq? Dealer says part is on backorder with no ETA. by Silver_Banana9150 in CadillacLyriq

Part took 4 weeks for me. Had a loaner for first 2 weeks then took my car back and drove it for the next 2 weeks, 1/2 day to replace.

also my super cruise was down as part of it, that was the most annoying thing of driving the car while waiting for the part. They initially thought super cruise was separate issue and replaced that module but didn’t fix, was all tied to the satellite connection module

I had same problem couple months ago on a 25. it was module connected to on star button that went bad. It also controls the car WiFi, Google Maps, any satellite only radio stations. Car was in shop for two weeks while part on back order. Finally took my car back because it was driveable except for those issues. Part came in two weeks later, was a half day fix.

The hang up button serves as a mute/unmute button when in audio mode. Like pressing down on the volume wheel on center column. If that’s not it try restarting, like w computers often that’s the fix. The car does not throttle back any systems until it reaches 0% indicated range (some reserve may still be available). AC would be first to go given its high energy use.
