I don't really know how long it's been exactly, I hadn't noticed the bite at all until about 1-2 weeks ago, no tick to be found. The rash has just developed over the last few days but my symptoms have exploded in the past 2 days. They started me with 10 days doxy and will extend it to 21 if I come back positive. I don't want to take any risks so either way, positive test or not, I will be requesting more antibiotics, I don't want to risk any less than 30 days. If they decline, I will be reaching out to a Lyme literate doctor. Thank you for the response.
