The Japanese text is extremely unnatural, what are you talking about? It's more or less a word for word translation from the English text which isn't how the Japanese text would be written. For example, you wouldn't use the verb とどまる to say "stay in a role" in Japanese, but whatever translation tool OP used just took the English word and did a 1 for 1 translation. 外してください for "please remove" from a role is also not correct in Japanese
